How it Works

The iron Wallet replaces a bulky billfold and keyring with one machined aluminum frame. Here's what's happening inside.

Quick-eject card stack

Up to a dozen cards sit between two 7075 aluminum plates held by a calibrated tension band. A single thumb press on the lever at the base fans the cards out in a staggered arc, so you can pick the one you need without dumping the whole stack. Release the lever and the cards retract flush, RFID-shielded by the metal body.

Concealed key carry

Two to six keys mount onto an internal stainless post and pivot inside the wallet body — fully hidden when closed. A quiet detent holds each key in place so nothing jingles in your pocket, and the enclosure blocks line-of-sight key cloning attempts.

Machined 7075 aluminum frame

Each plate is CNC-milled from a single billet of 7075-T6 aluminum — the same alloy used in aerospace structures — then hard-anodized for roughly 3× the surface hardness of bare 7075. The result is a frame that resists scratches, bending, and corrosion through years of daily pocket wear.

Built-in tracker

A slim Find My-compatible module sits in a dedicated bay inside the frame, so the wallet shows up in the Apple Find My network without adding an external tag. Swap the coin cell once a year and you're covered.
